On this page you will find the list where all current inspections within the organization you are currently logged in under are displayed, if you do not have a location filter on. Above the list you will find the following tabs:
From left to right:
Tab 1. Return to the NEN 2767 overview page
Tab 2. Go to the Dashboard page
Tab 3. Displays the page you're on now
Under the tabs you can find, if provided with these rights, an add button. This allows you to add an inspection to the list.
In addition to all current inspections in the list, any archived inspections can also be shown. Go to the settings by clicking on the button below:
Here you can find the show archive button, which shows the list of all archived data. With the same action you can then find the close archive button to get an up-to-date list again.
In the list you can scroll with all column headings, you can also pin them to the right or left by standing on a column header and clicking on the three lines. Here you will also find the filter option within this column.
In the list you will find a lot of data that you can sort by. On the right side of the list you can make a selection of columns. In addition, you can also add additional columns per category to your list. By pressing 'shift' on your keyboard and scrolling with your mouse, you can easily scroll from left to right in the list.
The eye at the front of the row of an inspection is the detail button with which you can open the inspection. Next to the eye is the change button that allows you to adjust the data of the inspection. When an inspection is created, the status of the inspection will | New standing. Once an inspector is assigned and starts inspecting the status will change to Inspect. When the inspector completes the inspection, the status will also be adjusted in HUMBLE.
