A number of fields are required to add an inspection. The fields that are required are indicated by a star after the clarifying text of the field in question. Fill in the required fields and add any additional information. The comment field can be used to add additional information.
It can be useful to link a reference number to the inspection within the organization and then easily find the inspection. Indicate what type of inspection you would like to add and indicate a start date. This date only indicates when the inspection is expected to be carried out. It is not the case that if the inspection is started at another time, this will have consequences.
