Asset Management - overview
An asset is a part of a location and can be linked to a location to all shapes, except for a complex. For example, an asset can be an emergency lighting fixture, a door, or an elevator. In the NEN 2767 these are broken down into NL-SfB codes to indicate exactly which asset it concerns. assets can be architectural, electrical, and mechanical. Under the assets tile you can find all assets that are included within the organization. If a location filter is used, only the assets are displayed in the list that fall within the locations of the set filter.
A NEN 2767 asset may show NEN 2767 defects. For example, it may be that an asset shows corrosion, or that a large part of its service life has expired. Under the Defects tile you will then see all the defects that have been added to the assets within the organization. Here too, only the defects of assets that are included within the location filter are shown.
The condition score of an asset will be determined based on the corresponding defects of an asset. HUMBLE uses the calculations prescribed by the NEN 2767 standard. When applying a defect to an asset, HUMBLE will again calculate and display the condition score.
