Images and documents
Adding images and documents comes up in all detail pages of HUMBLE to easily store extra data per item. You could add an image of the defect and an expired inspection here.
History
In the history, it can be read what the changes have been in the case of the defect in question. For managing the defect list, this can be useful. This allows you to read back what the changes to this defect have been in the past.
Custom fields
If you can find an administrative option in your profile settings, you can activate the custom fields sub tab with it. This allows you to manage HUMBLE and you can add fields for items that are included in HUMBLE that are of added value to your organization.
