History
In the history you can read what the changes to the element in question have been. This can be useful for managing the element list. This allows you to read back what the changes to this element have been in the past.
Custom fields
If you can find an administrative option in your profile settings, you can activate the custom fields sub tab with it. This allows you to manage HUMBLE and you can add fields for items that are included in HUMBLE that are of added value to your organization. HUMBLE automatically generates predetermined fields per category - elements, terrains, defects etc. - with this option that list can be completed per item in HUMBLE.
