MYMP Activities - list

On this page you will find the list of all MJOP activities within the organization, if you do not have a location filter turned on. Above the list you will find the following tabs:

From left to right:
Tab 1. Return to the MJOP overview page.
Tab 2. Go to the dashboard page
Tab 3. Displays the page you are on now

Below the tabs, if provided with these permissions, you can find an "add" button. This allows you to add an MJOP activity to the list.

In addition to all current activities in the list, any archived activities can also be shown. Go to the settings by clicking the button below:

Here you can find the "show archive" button, which will show the list of all archived data. With the same action you can then find the "close archive" button to get a current list again.

In the list you can scroll with all column headings, also you can pin them right or left by standing on a column heading and clicking the three lines. Here you will also find the option to filter within this column.

In the list you will find a lot of data that you can sort by. On the right side of the list you can make a selection of columns. You can also add extra columns per category to your list. By typing "Shift" on your keyboard and scrolling with your mouse, you can easily scroll the list from left to right.

The eye at the front of the row of an activity is the "Detail" button with which you can open the activity. Next to the eye is the "Edit" button that allows you to edit the activity's details. MJOP activities consist of four different categories: corrective, preventive, replacement and legal. In addition, you can find all the information included with the activity in question here.
