MYMP Activities - add
Many MJOP activities are added automatically when an element is created. In addition, they can also be entered manually. When entered manually, a number of fields are required. HUMBLE will make suggestions based on the data entered. This data is only an indication and may therefore be changed. The price level year indicates the year from which the cost suggestion comes. Thus, if 2017 is entered here, there will be five indexes with the set indexation rate, if set.
▪ Preventive/periodic maintenance (PO).
▪ Corrective maintenance (CO).
▪ Legal maintenance (WO).
▪ Replacement maintenance (VO).
HUMBLE contains a standard list of PO, WO and VO activities for elements (based on the NL-SfB coding). This list also contains cost figures for these activities.
PREVENTIVE/PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (PO)
Periodic (also called; preventive) maintenance on an element. This refers to recurring maintenance to ensure that the element does not need to be replaced before its theoretical lifetime. If the NL-SfB coding is stored with an element, periodic maintenance activities are automatically created for the element if they are known in the master data of HUMBLE. These activities are also provided with costs.
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (CO)
The repair of defects; these are automatically created after the addition of a NEN 2767 defect. It can concern defects due to overdue maintenance, molestation or other influences. Corrective maintenance, unlike PO, WO and VO, has no recurring character. It concerns one-off activities.
LEGAL MAINTENANCE (WO)
Compliance activities or the legal obligations; these are automatically created by HUMBLE when adding an element or location (with location type Building). The automatic creation of compliance activities is done automatically based on the NL-SfB coding of the element.
REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE (VO).
Replacement of the element. Replacement activities, like compliance and periodic maintenance activities, are created automatically after adding an element. For this purpose, the year of construction and the theoretical life span according to NEN 2767 are used. The costs come from the costing database managed by HUMBLE
