Priorities - list

On this page you will find the list where all priorities within the organization you are currently logged in under are displayed, if you do not have a location filter on. Above the list you will find the following tabs:

Under the tabs you can find, if provided with these rights, an add button. This allows you to add a priority to the list.

In addition to all current priorities in the list, the archived priorities can also be shown. Go to the settings, by clicking on the button below:

Here you can find the show archive button, which shows the list of all archived data. With the same action you can then find the close archive button to get an up-to-date list again.

In the list you can scroll with all column headings, you can also pin them to the right or left by standing on a column header and clicking on the three lines. Here you will also find the filter option within this column.

In the list you will find a lot of data that you can sort by. On the right side of the list you can make a selection of columns. In addition, you can also add additional columns per category to your list. By pressing 'shift' on your keyboard and scrolling with your mouse, you can easily scroll from left to right in the list.

The eye at the front of the row of a priority is the detail button with which you can open the relevant priority. Next to the eye is the change button that allows you to adjust the priority data.
