Many MJOP activities are automatically added when creating an element. In addition, these can also be entered manually. When entering manually, a number of fields are mandatory. HUMBLE will make suggestions based on the data entered. These data are only an indication and may therefore be adjusted. The price level year indicates from which year the suggestion of the costs comes. If it says 2017 here, five times will be indexed with the set indexation percentage, if it is set.

▪ Preventive/periodic maintenance (PO).
▪ Corrective maintenance (CO).
▪ Legal Maintenance (WO).
▪ Replacement Maintenance (VO).

HUMBLE contains a standard list of PO, WO and VO activities for elements (based on the NL-SfB coding). This list also includes cost lists for these activities.

PREVENTIVE/PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (PO)
Periodic (also called; preventive) maintenance on an element. This involves recurrent maintenance to ensure that the element does not need to be replaced earlier than the theoretical service life. If the NL-SfB encoding is stored with an element, if known in the master data of HUMBLE, periodic maintenance activities are automatically created for the element. These activities are also provided with costs.

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (CO)
Repairing defects; are automatically created after adding a NEN 2767 defect. It can be either defects due to overdue maintenance, molestation, or other influences. In contrast to PO, WO and VO, corrective maintenance has no recurring character. These are one-off activities.

LEGAL MAINTENANCE (WO)
Compliance activities or the legal obligations; these are automatically created by HUMBLE when adding an element or location (with location type Building). The automatic creation of compliance activities is done automatically based on the NL-SfB coding of the element.

REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE (VO)
Replacement of the element. The replacement activities, like the compliance and periodic maintenance activities, are automatically created after adding an element. For this, the year of construction and the theoretical lifespan in accordance with the NEN 2767 are used. The costs arise from the cost number database managed by HUMBLE
