To include your real estate portfolio in HUMBLE, various location options can be used. The different possibilities are shown on this page. The image below illustrates the possibilities that are offered to include your real estate in HUMBLE:

  • Terrains: The entire lot where one or more complexes / buildings can stand

  • Complexes: Several buildings with a common function

  • Buildings: The possibility of including a building

  • Building parts:  These are parts of a building such as high-rise, low-rise, wing A

  • Floors: These are the floors in a building

  • Areas:               Free to fill in to give substance to this

  • Apartments:      A complex/building can be completely divided into apartments

  • Rooms:              As a standard it is a location that can be closes my one or multiple doors

  • Workspaces:      This location function gives the possibility to fill in offices

  • Locations:       This is the list with all the locations that are in the organisation

Locations can then be built into a hierarchy after creation. As a result, the relationships become visible among themselves and the layout can be arranged according to reality.
