A number of fields are required to add an element. The fields that are required are indicated by a star after the clarifying text of the field in question. In addition, it is important to include all the data that is confessed from the element here. The Compliance module can indicate problems if, for example, an element lacks the unit capacity. For the best possible use of HUMBLE, it is therefore important to include all elements in as much detail as possible. If the element is located in a rental property, it is good to indicate who the element is owned by and by whom it is managed. This allows a lot of noise to be removed when performing maintenance on the element in question.

Fill in the required fields and fill in any additional information. HUMBLE masters certain knowledge and, if something is known about the element in question, will enter it as a suggestion. An example of this is that when selecting an element, the Cycle field is already filled. The comment field can be used to add additional information. After adding, custom fields can also be added to the element that has been created.

Then there are some easy ways of saving that speak for itself.
