Defects - list

On this page you will find the list where all defects within the organization are displayed, if you do not have a location filter turned on. Above the list you will find the following tabs:

From left to right:
Tab 1. Return to the element management overview page.
Tab 2. Go to the dashboard page
Tab 3. Displays the page you are on now

Below the tabs, if provided with these permissions, you can find an add button. This allows you to add a defect to the list.

In addition to all the current defects in the list, any archived defects can also be shown. Go to the settings, by clicking the button below:

Here you can find the ''show archive'' button, which will show the list with all archived data. With the same action you can then find the "close archive" button to get again a current list.

In the list you can scroll with all column headings, also you can pin them right or left by standing on a column heading and clicking the three lines. Here you will also find the option to filter within this column.

In the list you will find a lot of data that you can sort by. On the right side of the list you can make a selection of columns. You can also add extra columns per category to your list. By pressing 'shift' on your keyboard and scrolling with your mouse, you can easily scroll the list from left to right.

The eye at the front of the row of a defect is the detail button with which you can open that particular defect. Next to the eye is the edit button with which you can edit the details of the defect.
