Defects - add

A number of fields are mandatory for adding a defect. The fields that are mandatory are indicated with a star after the clarifying text of the respective field.

Complete the required fields and add any additional information. The Aspect and Risk fields together represent the Priority that HUMBLE automatically calculates. This is related to the aspect weightings that can be set per organization. These are prescribed by the NEN 2767. The comment field can be used to add additional information.
